Advance your career as a Human Resources Analyst**in our**Mexicali**plant.**Join our dynamic team as an **HR Analyst**, where you'll take the lead in managing and executing key processes such as recruitment, selection, hiring, employee services, internal events, and more—all while aligning with the organization's strategic goals. This is your chance to play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture and supporting our team members.
**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring**: Attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent for direct roles.
- **New Hire Integration**: Prepare onboarding documents, organize inductions, manage uniforms, and ensure contract signing.
- **Social Media & Communication**: Manage social media channels and various communication platforms.
- **Administrative Training Plans**: Coordinate training programs for administrative staff.
- **New Hire Support**: Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth integration into the team.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Track and manage key HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
- **Employee Services**: Address employee needs and provide outstanding service.
- **Monthly Communication Meetings**: Coordinate and facilitate regular team updates.
- **Event Organization**: Plan and execute employee-focused events across all shifts to foster engagement.
- **Community Involvement**: Lead donation drives and community service initiatives.
- **Employee Advocacy**: Address and escalate employee concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- **Cultural Development**: Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- **Service Improvement**: Resolve employee complaints and implement corrective actions for services like transportation and dining.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years in a similar HR role.
- **Education**:Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills & Attributes**:
Highly responsible, with a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and design tools like Canva.
