**Master Data Coordinator**

The Master Data Coordinator delivers high quality master data within a master data domain in the organization (e.g., products, vendors, customers) according to agreed standards and secures that data management processes are followed.

**About the Role**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Creates, maintains, and deletes master data accurately in a timely manner
- Secures quality of data, by performing data validation
- Coordinates with relevant functions and act upon requirements to ensure accurate data collection and processing
- Communicates proactively to relevant stakeholders
- Secures that master data processes are followed
- Participates in and/or provide input to relevant stakeholder networks to improve the master data process and supports agreed activities, including the remaining master data service line
- Supports others with master data expertise, may include providing master data process trainings
- Provides data to support related analysis
- Identifies and proposes improvement opportunities
- Works in several systems, SAP, Product Content Hub, MDG, etc...
- Works in ServEss ticketing system, solving issues and keeping service level agreements (SLAs)
- The job typically reports to the Master Data Operations Team Leader.

**Who You Are**:

- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft tools, Excel and/or Master Data Management is required
- Used to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing operational environment and proven ability to manage deadlines
- Deliver with quality and speed, foster learning agility in self and others, trust and empower

**Education**:

- Preferably university degree in business administration, logistics or equivalent within relevant practice
- Work Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience in information systems and supply chain, customer service, accounts payable, sourcing or accounts receivable
