The Supplier Master Data Management (SMDM) Specialist will be responsible for SMDM Processes, Methods & Tools related to Supplier Life Cycle Management, Suppliers Portals, Commodity Codes, Purchasing Groups, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Communications & Trainings, Internal and External Helpdesk support and ensuring aforementioned processes, methods and tools are Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Internal Audit compliant.
**Job responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Communicating and training of processes and tools to internal and external customers
- Interfacing with Stellantis cross-functional departments regionally and globally
- Leading processes and tools improvements
- Providing excellent customer service

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field
- Fluent in English Language
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management, Purchasing, or closely related relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven Leadership skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects
- Motivate and inspire team to be effective and efficient
- Soft Skills
- Negotiation, listening, and team building
- Analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution, and delegation
- Organization, time management (self and team), prioritization,
- Strong MS Office Suite skills
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Automotive Industry
- Experience with SAP MM
