**Role Objective**:

- We are looking for a Growth Specialist for the Turbo vertical, data driven and super organized. A super star capable of multiplying resources and building powerful strategies that have a big impact in the business.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- You'll design a plan for the acquisition and retention of users to Turbo.
- Collaborate and communicate with marketing and operations teams to successfully deploy the acquisition and retention plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness and success of initiatives and projects.
- Keeping the Turbo Store always as perfect as possible: the right images, names, organization, etc.

**Key Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or specialization field required with at least 4 years of experience in the area.
- Creativity, flexibility and initiative.
- Feel comfortable to ask questions about assignments if instructions are unclear or ambiguous. Must be able to work independently and in-group settings. Able to handle leading or coordinate the work of others.
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Ability and initiative to accept delegated responsibility. Must be able to handle multiple projects with varying and changing due dates and requirements. Strong prioritization and organization skills.
