We are disruptive, proactive, loyal and ambitious.**What will be your mission?**As a Growth Hacking Specialist at Kavak, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, designing and executing data-driven experiments, and pushing the boundaries of product success. In 100 words: Fuel our rocket ship of growth by leveraging your analytical prowess, creativity, and a fail-fast mindset to optimize, iterate, and propel our product to remarkable heights.**Your key responsibilities will be**:- Research and analyze product, market, and user data to identify growth opportunities- Develop hypotheses and design experiments to test and validate ideas- Create a roadmap of experiments based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with growth strategy- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage experiments- Collect, monitor, and analyze experiment data to measure success- Share findings, insights, and learnings with relevant stakeholders- Iterate and optimize experiments based on results and feedback- Scale successful experiments and integrate them into product and marketing strategies- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and tools for product growth and experimentation- Proven experience in a growth, product, or data-driven marketing role- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experiencie with Amplitude A/B testing (or Insider testing) and growth hacking techniques- Knowledge of experiment design and statistical analysis- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment- A growth mindset with a relentless drive to iterate and improveJoin us as **Growth Hacking Specialist**
