**Key Product Specialist - Specialty Medicine - MTY**

**TUS TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Contribuidor activo del Squad que fomente un sentido de responsabilidad compartida y que trabaja para el logro de los outcomes, comparte información relevante al equipo.
- Cocrea y ejecuta iniciativas en ciclos rápidos de experimentación y de aprendizaje. Experimenta y toma decisiones incorporando diferentes perspectivas.
- Segmenta y prioriza a sus clientes para entregarles valor, poniéndolos en el centro de la ecuación, llevando su voz a los equipos de producto.
- Es corresponsable que ocurra la correcta distribución de los medicamentos con el Médico, Distribuidor y Stakeholders internos a través de la entrega domiciliada apoyándose del programa de apoyo a pacientes y de las estrategias compartidas con el área de Marketing y Comercial, con el fin de que los pacientes accedan a sus tratamientos de forma pronta.
- Colabora con los integrantes de su Squad, comparte buenas prácticas, inteligencia competitiva, genera aprendizajes y reta con respeto y empatía aquellas acciones que se deben dejar de hacer dentro de los equipos. Promueve esta colaboración entre roles diversos dentro del Squad, como medical y acceso.

**QUIEN ERES**
- Lic. en Áreas Médico-Biológicas o Económico, Administrativas o afín. Conocimiento del circuito hospitalario de privado y gobierno.
- Al menos 5 años de experiência en ventas en la industria farmacéutica.
- Manejo de sistemas: Windows / Office; Excel; PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Fuerte enfoque en los outcomes.
- Colaborar con responsabilidad.
- Co-Crear para los clientes.
- Actuar rápido y evoluciona.
