- OVERVIEW The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support within the Human Resources Department. Assists in hiring seasonal employees. Assists employees by providing appropriate forms, explaining personnel procedures and directing to other sources of information or help.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for filling production headcount requirements through coordination of recruitment and selection efforts of direct personnel in several plants in Tijuana
- Responsible for the hiring process for Direct Labor positions
- Responsible for the Onboarding and Welcome process for Direct Labor
- Responsible to coordinate the employee file for New hires
- Support in employee services coordination, such as transportation and cafeteria services

**Experiência y requisitos**
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - 1+ years of solid general human resources experience in a manufacturing environment. BA in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
