**About our team**:
The administration department is the owner of Support Services of the company, which provides competitive administrative services to the business departments and employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with landlord/WeWork community and facility team to perform quality daily service for TikTok Mexico office, such as daily walk-through inspection to ensure soft service/office supplies replenish/office environment tidiness/office security, etc;
- Work as the onsite main contact to deliver daily Admin support to internal business stakeholders
- Perform advanced mailroom duties (account management, mail & package handling, label printing, etc)
- Badge management (company badge/building badge/apply/replace, etc)
- Vendors sourcing and management for Admin projects
- Purchase and manage office supplies/services, expense tracking, and inventory management. Analyze office operation budget, expenses, and consumables to make action plans and save operation costs.
- Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Assist with event planning and execution, including but not limited to corporate meetings/events, team off-site and team building, etc
- Complete special projects (such as office move) by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; meeting with stakeholders, planning, executing and driving deliverables
- Assist with office manager to improve administrative services
- Collect feedback from business team members regularly and take action accordingly
- Deliver quality services and provide proactive support to internal clients globally
- Handle urgent projects as required

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years experience in office operations.
- At least 2 years experience in office operations.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the organization.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain energetic in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player and individual contributor with the ability to work cross-functionally.
