In this role, you will manage front desk operations, support day-to-day office needs, and play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for our teams and visitors.**This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday (5 days a week).****What You’ll Do**- Be the first point of contact, welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.-- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.- Keep the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces organized and compliant with health and safety standards.- Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when needed.- Support meeting scheduling and setup, including refreshments and materials.- Liaise with building management and service providers for maintenance or facility issues.- Provide general administrative support to the local team.**What You’ve Done**- Worked as a receptionist, office administrator, or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or tech environment.- Gained experience coordinating office operations and supporting cross-functional teams.- Used Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and managed office equipment confidently.- Handled responsibilities requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**Who You Are**- Bilingual in Spanish and English, fluent in both written and spoken communication.- Friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.- Organized, proactive, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Able to perform basic physical tasks associated with office support, such as moving supplies or setting up meeting spaces.- Able to work onsite in Mexico City, Monday through Friday.
