El especialista en marketing investigará y definirá las audiencias con un objetivo alineado en las estrategias asi mismo gestionará el proceso de creación y publicación de contenido en las redes sociales y medios a utilizar, supervisará las métricas de contenido para impulsar la marca.

**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES**

**Ejecutar estrategias de marketing digital**:

- Ejecutar planes de marketing digital para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.
- Utilizara varios canales digitales, como redes sociales, marketing por correo electrónico, marketing de contenidos y SEO para mejorar la visibilidad de la marca.

**Gestión de contenido**:

- Supervisar la creación, curación y distribución de contenido de alta calidad en plataformas digitales.
- Desarrollar calendarios de contenido y colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar la coherencia en los mensajes.

**Conocimiento de la marca**:

- Implementar estrategias para mejorar el reconocimiento y visibilidad de la marca en el mercado objetivo, colaborando con recursos internos y externos.
- Monitorear y analizar el desempeño de la marca, realizando los ajustes necesarios para mejorar los resultados.

**Generación líder**:

- Desarrollara e implementara campañas de generación de leads para atraer y convertir clientes potenciales.
- Analizar el rendimiento de la campaña y optimizara las estrategias para obtener la máxima adquisición de clientes potenciales.

**Alcance digital**:

- Interactuar con la comunidad en línea a través de las redes sociales, el sitio web y otras plataformas cuando corresponda.

**Análisis e informes**:

- Utilice herramientas de análisis para medir el desempeño de los esfuerzos de marketing digital.
- Proporcionar informes periódicos sobre indicadores clave de desempeño y recomendar ajustes para mejorar.

**Requisitos**:

- Requisitos educativos: Licenciatura en marketing, comunicaciones o campo relacionado, carrera terminada.
- Fluido en inglés hablado 85% mínimo.
- Planeacion y coordinacion de contenido digital.
- Experiência comprobada en marketing digital, con enfoque en conocimiento en desarrollo de marca, diseño corporativo y generación de leads, (más de 3 años).
- Experiência práctica en herramientas de automatización de marketing como **Mailchimp, Hubspot** y un sólido conocimiento de sistemas **CRM (SAP) como Pipedrive, Salesforce y WordPress**.
- Apasionado por aprovechar los esfuerzos de marketing digital para atraer y adquirir nuevos clientes.
- Excelente comunicador y pensador creativo, capaz de utilizar datos e intuición para fundamentar decisiones.
