**Your Impact**

As a Marketing Specialist at Equivity, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads and convert them into tangible sales opportunities. This role is perfect for a proactive and analytical marketer who thrives in developing innovative campaigns and aligning them with business objectives to deliver measurable results.

**What You’ll Do**
- Optimize landing pages and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze key performance metrics (CPL, conversion rates, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Support retargeting and upselling efforts to increase sales.
- Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and sales-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (certifications like Google Analytics/Ads are a plus).

**What We Offer**:

- $14,000-$16,000 pesos per month (gross salary)
