**Responsabilidades**:

- Captura y seguimiento de pedidos.
- Coordinación con logística, almacén y facturación.
- Atención a clientes nacionales e internacionales.
- Resolución de incidencias y apoyo administrativo.

**Perfil**:

- 2+ años de experiência en atención a clientes y gestión de pedidos (ideal en industria química o logística).
- Manejo de ERP (deseable).
- Inglés intermedio (deseable).
- Carrera técnica o licenciatura afín.
- Enfoque al detalle, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
