**About the Job**

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Inbound Customer Service Representatives at our state-of-the-art campus in Guadalajara

**Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Will**:

- Communicate a variety of information to the customer.
- Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.

**Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Have**:

- Advanced English (80% spoken)
- Intermediate computer skills
- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
- **The understanding you will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art campus in Guadalajara.**

**Availability**:Full time and Part time (some shifts may depend on availability).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $18,300.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in 45601, Tlaquepaque, Jal.
