- Main activity of the position
The Shipping Clerk will coordinate packaging and shipping activities. We are looking for an organized shipping clerk to be responsible for assigning packing priorities, setting up skids, creating shipping labels and arranging pickups with different carriers. The shipping clerk is also responsible for entering information into the production system, informing the traffic supervisor of any shipping holds or traffic designations.
- Education - (Scholar Degree)
- High School Diploma, prefered.
- Experience
6 months - 1 years of experience. (preferred).
- Background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- LMS ERP system experience (preferred)

- Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping orders.
- Arrange carrier pickups.
- Process on the ERP system the packing, processing and shipping activities.
- Consolidate shipments on designated shipping day.
- Pick orders from shelfs, racks or production line.
- Box and Palletized orders as needed.
- Print labels per order as required.
- Prepare packing lists.
- Keep shipping records for tracking purposes.
