**Location**:Nuevo Laredo, MX, 88285**Business Unit**:Power Protection & Quality Solutions**Posting Date**:Feb 25, 2025- The Shipping Coordinator (Bilingual) will provide support on the transfer of products and processes from US to Nuevo Laredo. We are looking for an organized shipping coordinator to be responsible for contacting couriers to provide them with shipping information. The shipping coordinator is also responsible for entering information in the system and ensure picking the correct material for the correct PO in the system and firming in the system. To be successful as a shipping coordinator you must have excellent attention to detail. A great shipping coordinator can successfully multitask on a daily basis.- POSITION DESCRIPTION:- Prepare shipping orders.- Communicate with carriers for pickups.- Access to the system and print pick-list for the day.- Coordinate all orders schedule to ship for the day leave the facility on time.- Pick orders from shelfs, racks or production line.- Box and Palletized orders as needed.- Print labels per order as required.- Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.- Prepare sales reports for senior management.- Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders.- Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.- POSITION REQUIREMENTS:- A degree in business management, logistics or another relevant field.- English/Spanish highly proficiency (Writing and Verbal)- Experience in shipping.- Fork-Lift experience.- Excellent communication skills.- Flexible work hours.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.- Oracle or ERP system experience preferred- Excellent time management skills.- Ability to multitask.- Teamworking skills- Able to travelAMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.0 billion.
