**Reason for the role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate salesperson with exceptional Hospitality and SaaS knowledge to join an energetic and vibrant sales team in Mexico City. Your task will be to energetically sell the Deliverect product to restaurants, dark kitchens and grocery businesses (10-50 locations) Demonstrating how Deliverect is a market leader in enhancing their customer experience.

The role requires 3-4 days a week in our centrally located office, where you will have the ability to partake in our culture-building and team spirit

As an Account Executive, you will support the strong growth of the Deliverect brand in your assigned territory. This exciting role will see you build relationships with busy restaurant owners, multi-outlet managers and some big players in the food and hospitality industry.

You will work with internal departments, research and map out new businesses to fill your pipeline. Confident in the way you strategically engage decision-makers, your explanations are comprehensive, demonstrations specific to customer needs and knowledge of our technology flawless, ensuring that you sign on new deals, resulting in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

**Tasks and responsibilities**

Manage the end-to-end sales process of the Deliverect product, including collaborating with internal teams -Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, Finance and Legal Teams to ensure new business is flawlessly signed on.

Creatively prospect into new SMB-sized accounts (10-50 Locations)Drive the sales cycle including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals.

Build strategic relationships with current and future businesses, leveraging your position with decision-makers and enhancing business growth. Whether it be by phone, video call or getting to the prospect in person.

Outbound prospecting, social selling, web demonstrations and customer meetings. Leading the preparation of customer-specific product presentations and workshops.

Assessing customers' needs, being aware of the Deliverect value proposition, uncovering possibilities for cross-selling and upselling.

Detail-oriented and meticulous in reporting engagement with customers, using data to generate reports and track forecast progress.

Responsible for personal target compliance, reliable revenue forecasting and ownership of sales pipeline as communicated through our Hubspot CRM.

**Job Requirements**

Minimum 2 years experience in sales, (Hospitality, FMCG, Field Sales, Account Executives or Senior Sales Development Representatives).

Knowledge in the technical software environment, preferably in SaaS or platform-as-a-service (PaaS).

Experienced in new business growth in the Hospitality and FoodTech Industries.

Established relationships, which will enable you to generate long-lasting business.

Proven success in delivering on annual targets of over +$20M Mexican Pesos in ACV or in new license sales.

Proud of your personal presentation and ways of correspondence. A strong desire to work for mutually beneficial outcomes with customers.

Knowledge of how to build territory and account plans.

Organizational acumen, able to structure your work in a goal-oriented way.

Entrepreneurial at heart, with the ability to analyse data as well as experiences.

University degree / Certificate or training experience preferred.

Currently located in Mexico City with the right to live and work in Mexico.

Native command of the
**English** language, both written and spoken along with Spanish.
