DescripciónEl Account Executive es responsable de liderar el proceso de venta consultiva, identificando las necesidades de los prospectos, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas y cerrando acuerdos comerciales. Liderar procesos comerciales de principio a fin, desde la generación de oportunidades hasta el cierre.Entender a fondo las dinámicas y necesidades del área de Recursos Humanos, y adaptar el pitch comercial en consecuencia.Construir relaciones sólidas con tomadores de decisión (gerentes y directores, Tier 2 a Tier 5 en México).Generar y mantener un pipeline constante de nuevos negocios.Asistir a eventos, realizar networking y representar a la empresa en espacios estratégicos para la generación de demanda.Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de SDRs y otras áreas para coordinar esfuerzos comerciales.Gestionar oportunidades y forecast de ventas utilizando CRM (idealmente HubSpot).Adaptarse rápidamente a la cultura, procesos y objetivos de la organización.Utilizar datos e insights para optimizar decisiones y mejorar el performance comercial.**Requisitos**:**Experiência**: al menos 5 años en roles similares, enfocados en Mid-Market/Enterprise, como Head of Sales, Account Manager, Key Account Manager o posiciones relacionadas.**Dominio de Herramientas**: Experiência con CRM (preferiblemente HubSpot), Gsuite, Slack, herramientas de comunicación.Experiência comprobada vendiendo soluciones a áreas de Recursos Humanos.Red de contactos activa o capacidad comprobada de generar relaciones de alto nível en empresas medianas y grandes.Fuertes habilidades sociales, inteligencia emocional y madurez en el trato con distintos perfiles de stakeholders.Actitud hands-on” y autonomía para abrir mercado desde cero.5 years
