Ecolab is seeking a **consultant **to be a self-directed achiever with the ability to wear many hats of operations management and lead a team of employees to improve safety, quality and productivity metrics. **What You Will Do**:

- The role and responsibility of the 3PL coordinator in LA is to coordinate the efforts for 3PL interfaces mapping, development and implementation during EBS LA waves.
- The 3PL Coordinator LA must be the key link of communication (internal/external) between ECL & 3PL Teams including SC & IT areas from both sides. Stablish effective regional approach to support simultaneous interface projects for different waves.
- Set effective and regular communication meetings and work-sessions with the teams, provide clear background and direction, work with global IT and local teams to define the correct scope and SOW approval.
- Lead the action plan build and flowless execution, define a strong testing plan for solution validation, lead the communication with Key Users and Supporting teams to quick address any issues, support the learning curve and get the final solution approval/validation.
- After the implementation, Monitor the 3PL interfaces through EBS monitoring program (ZEBSMONI transaction) and stock adjustment to assure a trustable, accurate and effective interface communication between Ecolab & 3PL´s around the region and provide ongoing support.

**Qualifications**:

- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish & English is a must since will lead and participate on meetings with global, regional and local teams.
- Profile: Leadership skills to drive execution, being pro-active, influent, with great communication skills, high accountability, results driven, independent and flexible for home office and regular trips.
- Background: Logistics Operation (3PL, Warehousing, Transportation), Supply Chain general overview, SAP Projects, IT technical background on development & interface communication
- Managerial Level: 2-3 years at least of Coordination or Supervision previous roles - Manager experience would be a differential

**Additional**:

- He will need to match the physical process with technical execution, system transactions and interface communication.
- To make sure as mo move products back and forth the system inventory figures at synchronized in both systems.
