Alliance seeks an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. The person who fills this position will manage influencer and affiliate marketing partnerships and the execution of successful influencer campaigns. The person must have excellent relationship-building skills, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both affiliates and internal teams. The specialist will work closely with all areas of the company, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.

**What You'll Do**:

- Identify, recruit, and cultivate new, direct influencer and affiliate relationships that will help reach new audiences and drive client transactions.
- Manage and work with affiliate agency to identify, recruit and cultivate new influencer and affiliate relationships.
- Lead the day-to-day management and growth of our affiliate programs.
- Negotiate and optimize deals and commissions with affiliate and influencer publishers.
- Utilize internal and external tools to prevent affiliate program fraud.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align efforts, utilizing the affiliate and company platforms to achieve company initiatives and goals.
- Actively work with affiliate platforms and partners to optimize campaigns towards efficiency and scale.
- Leverage audience insights, performance data, market trends, and customer research to make recommendations for growth.
- Monitor reporting and make recommendations to enhance affiliate program performance. Provide guidance on improving program reporting.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 3-5 years of affiliate or digital marketing related experience; other related experience considered.
- Demonstrated understanding of advanced brand, marketing, analytic and communications concepts.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per month
