Quality Control Technician

Monitors and ensures the daily production activity is in compliance with customer/quality requirement, manages daily quality operation to ensure process quality control system is working.
Analyze, solve and control production quality problems on time to meet the customer requirements as ZERO PPM (Part per million) challenge.
Be in charge of MSA (Measurement System Analysis) for key process gauges and SPC (Statistical Process Control) for key processes.
Actively participate and performs in LPA (Layered Process Audits) and internal audits.
Take part in external audits.
Establish and follows procedure for control on non-conforming parts in production.
Train and manage inspectors to make sure corrective actions implemented and operator’s follow-up.
Collect and analyze quality data to make sure continuous improvement in production process.
