Part of the manufacturing team, you are the driving force behind the creation of our kitchen and bath products. You will work hands-on with the products themselves, from the handling of raw materials to the shipping of a completed piece. You are responsible for ensuring that all products are properly assembled and manufactured to bring customers a consistently strong experience. Knowledge and attention to all safety protocols is an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operations safe and efficient.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Evaluate customer reliability through random product sampling
- Ensure that the products have the specification of drawings
- Reject product to the customer that does not meet the specifications
- Ensure the level of demand according to customer reliability processes
- Performs process audits according to quality standards and critical points
- Report results of processes and audits performed during the shift
- Follow up on new products and new projects Inform about customer complaints and ensure their dissemination to avoid recurrence
- Stop shipping product that does not meet customer requirements
- Generate quality alerts when required Sample the finished product, ensuring that they have customer requirements
- Actively support compliance with the environmental system policy Accept and actively participate in the environmental system process
- Ensure the quality and comfort of the process

Requisitios:

- Industrial Engineering or similar
- 1 year in manufacturing companies
- Quality control and descriptive statistics
- ISO 9001 2015
- CORETOOLS
- Effective monitoring of delegated activities with a focus on minimizing defects
