Overview:
Como parte del equipo de manufactura, usted es la fuerza impulsora detrás de la creación de nuestros productos de cocina y baño. Trabajarás de manera práctica con los productos, desde el manejo de la materia prima hasta el envío de una pieza completa. Usted es responsable de garantizar que todos los productos se ensamblen y fabriquen correctamente para brindar a los clientes una experiência sólida y constante. El conocimiento y la atención a todos los protocolos de seguridad es una parte esencial para mantener nuestras operaciones de fabricación segura y eficiente.

Part of the manufacturing team, you are the driving force behind the creation of our kitchen and bath products. You will work hands-on with the products themselves, from the handling of raw materials to the shipping of a completed piece. You are responsible for ensuring that all products are properly assembled and manufactured to bring customers a consistently strong experience. Knowledge and attention to all safety protocols is an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operations safe and efficient.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate customer reliability through random product sampling
- Ensure that the products have the specification of drawings
- Reject product to the customer that does not meet the specifications
- Ensure the level of demand according to customer reliability processes
- Performs process audits according to quality standards and critical points
- Report results of processes and audits performed during the shift
- Follow up on new products and new projects Inform about customer complaints and ensure their dissemination to avoid recurrence
- Stop shipping product that does not meet customer requirements
- Generate quality alerts when required Sample the finished product, ensuring that they have customer requirements
- Actively support compliance with the environmental system policy Accept and actively participate in the environmental system process
- Ensure the quality and comfort of the process

Qualifications:

- Industrial Engineering or similar
- 1 year in manufacturing companies
- Quality control and descriptive statistics
- ISO 9001 2015
- CORETOOLS
- Effective monitoring of delegated activities with a focus on minimizing defects
