Objetivo del Puesto

Responsible for the management, implementation, and optimization of Prêcis´s sourcing, production and logistic operations to sustain the business demand and growth.

Responsabilidades del Puesto
Create and maintain channels of communication with Sigma´s production plants to coordinate the supply value chain operations with the areas of production, product development, logistics, purchasing and inventory management.
Implement process and production transitions from pilot to industrial plants to enable maximum production capacity for Prêcis products.
Elaborate monthly production forecast for the different plants considering lead times in order to ensure demand fullfillment.
Assure production supplies such as raw material, ingredients and packaging required for Prêcis products.
Establish quality assurance criteria and process' critical checkpoints at every manufacturing facility.
Follow up and implement improvements to optimizes product's costs through the value chain.
Coordinate and manage product inventories and distribution with logistics department.
Research, test and implementation of new equipment for Prêcis processes.
Develop new processes to increase capacity, optimize production and to meet the requirements of new products in the catalog.
Supervise capital investment projects (CAR, SAI) ensuring timelines, budgets and required quality standards are met.
Evaluate financial scenarios to determine the economic viability of projects and provide accurate data to present with relevant stakeholders.
Contribute with R&D to identify optimal raw materials for new product development
Support in commercial strategies to expand the core business.
