**Position Overview**

As a **Project Manager**, you'll be the operational heartbeat behind every fence installation. From the moment a customer signs their contract and pays their deposit, you’ll take over to plan, schedule, coordinate, and see each project through to successful completion.

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time

**Compensation**:$1,400 USD per month

**Location**:100% remote, always
- **Responsibilities Include**:_

**Project Lifecycle Management**
- Oversee customer projects from post-sale to final payment.
- Ensure seamless communication and workflow between sales, operations, and installation teams.
- Maintain accurate records across systems: Fence360, SOS Inventory, QuickBooks, Google Sheets.

**Pre-Install Coordination**
- Review estimates, sketches, and project notes.
- Schedule and confirm installation dates with customers.
- Coordinate DigAlert requests and ensure proper flagging.
- Prepare pre-install documentation and distribute to install crews.
- Order materials, track deliveries, and ensure on-site readiness.

**Install Management**
- Assign and coordinate with in-house and subcontractor crews.
- Conduct job status check-ins with installers throughout the day.
- Address real-time issues, delays, or missing materials.
- Verify job completion, document installation, and capture final photos.

**Customer Communication**
- Handle changes, expectations, and follow-ups professionally and proactively.
- Ensure customers are updated every step of the way and satisfied at project completion.

**Closeout**
- Confirm project completion, collect final payment, and update systems.
- Share final job details with Inside Sales for Google review requests and financial wrap-up.
- **What You Bring**:_
- Proven experience in project management, construction, or field operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using project management software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Ability to read job sketches and coordinate multiple workstreams efficiently.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, sales reps, and crews in fast-paced settings.
- **Typical Schedule**:_
- Install teams start at approximately 7:00-7:30 AM from the warehouse.
- You’ll coordinate between warehouse, job sites, customers, and installers throughout the day.
- Install days typically wrap up around 3:00 PM, with afternoon and evening updates and prep for next-day jobs.
