**WHAT TO EXPECT**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Update the recruitment and selection platforms to measure the processes indicators (SmartSearch)
- Assure the correct tracking of the recruitment process for plants, commercial and distribution divisions
- Manage recruitment vendor as: background check, medical check, psychometrical test, and web resources for talent searching
**ABOUT YOU**
- 2-4 years of progressive recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent consultative skills and proven experience using progressive recruiting methods
- English Advanced
