**Requirements**:
At least 7 years of experience working with Salesforce.
Proven experience in multi-cloud solution architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Financial Services Cloud and additional industry clouds are a plus).
Strong ability to analyze both technical and business requirements.
Advanced Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect or System Architect (preferred: Technical Architect or Marketing Cloud Consultant).
End-to-end experience in pre-sales processes, including discovery sessions, solutions, architecture design, cost estimation, and SOW drafting.
Expertise in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools like Mulesoft
Knowledge of governance frameworks and security standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and executive-level stakeholders.
Experience conducting technical and functional workshops with clients.
**Responsibilities**:
**End-to-End Pre-Sales Process**:
Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their technical and business needs.
Design robust and scalable architectural solutions aligned with client requirements.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including effort and cost estimations.
Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on proposed solutions.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders.
**Architecture and Technical solutions**:
Design multicloud architectures and tailored solutions for complex projects.
Conduct technical assessments and propose integration strategies between Salesforce and other systems.
**Enablement and Mentorship**:
Provide technical and functional support to the sales team.
Guide junior consultants in architecture and solution best practices.
**Nice to have**:
Experience with industry-specific clouds such as Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud.
Implementation experience with related technologies like Tableau, Slack, or Einstein AI.
Certifications an accreditations that validate their experience Certifications like Marketing Cloud Developer or Mulesoft Integration Architect.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or PowerBI.
Proven experience in client negotiations.
Ability to manage conversations with C-Level stakeholders.
