Reporting to the: Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, you as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst will be responsible for planning, design and execution of quality assurance plans for our website and develop, execute test scripts using industry standards. Collaborate and communicate any website issues and enhancement on a constant basis with the internal development team, and other stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues.
About the job:- Aiding with testing integration activities.- Lead testing efforts on assigned projects ensuring that each defect is managed to resolution.- Proactively report any issues using a ticketing system, maintaining ownership through resolution.-
- Work closely with project management and other teammates and gather requirements, assist in the design of new enhancements, functionality, and release planning.- Investigate any website issues that may occur and determine plan of resolution.
About you:
- 2+ years of QA experience with focuses on eCommerce, user experience, website testing.- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciencces.- In-depth knowledge of QA/testing procedures and best practices.- Experience using test management tools including but not limited to test automation tools, Jira, Confluence, TestRail.- Experience with facilitating and executing all phases of testing (integration, regression, system, UAT).- Expert in testing process, including test scope identification, test requirements management, test case development, test scheduling, and defect management.- Demonstrates technical acumen for troubleshooting and problem solving.- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS functionality.- Team-oriented, self-starter who owns work to completion with mínimal direct supervision.- Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex and diverse environment with multiple projects and changing demands.- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) a plus.- Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent analytical organizational and influencing skills ability to work effectively in a team environment and participate in all team scrum activities.
