**Título del Puesto**: Quality Analyst (Call center)

**Resumen del Puesto**: El Quality Analyst (Analista de Calidad) es un profesional clave en el proceso de control de calidad de una empresa. Su principal responsabilidad es garantizar que los servicios o procesos cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos por la organización y que satisfagan las expectativas de los clientes.

**Responsabilidades Clave**:
1. Realizar inspecciones y auditorías de calidad de servicios o procesos de acuerdo con los estándares predefinidos.

2. Identificar y documentar no conformidades y desviaciones de calidad, y proponer soluciones para su corrección.

3. Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de producción, desarrollo y otros equipos para garantizar que los problemas de calidad se resuelvan de manera efectiva.

4. Diseñar y mantener procedimientos y protocolos de control de calidad.

5. Recopilar y analizar datos de calidad, identificando tendencias y áreas de mejora.

6. Participar en la elaboración de informes y presentaciones sobre el desempeño de calidad para la alta dirección.

7. Realizar pruebas y evaluaciones de productos o servicios para garantizar que cumplan con las especificaciones de calidad.

8. Desarrollar y mantener programas de capacitación sobre estándares de calidad y mejores prácticas para el personal.

9. Proporcionar retroalimentación y recomendaciones para la mejora continua de procesos y productos.

**Requisitos**:
1. Título universitario.

2. Ingles Avanzado

3. Conocimiento de estándares y metodologías de control de calidad.

4. Habilidad para analizar datos y tendencias, y utilizar herramientas estadísticas.

5. Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y colaborar con diversos equipos.

6. Manejo de Office nível Medio - Avanzado
