**BAT DBS Mexico** **IS LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIAL FINANCE JR. MANAGER**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**: IMP Manager

**Reporting Level**:No direct reports

**Geographic Scope**:USA

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Develop, execute & regularly maintain the financial analysis models including but not limited to
- company P&L, industry forecast, investment scenarios both traditional & new categories.
- Develop & maintain key competitor company profile and category overview.
- Pursue secondary research & analyze external information such as press release, conferences, events, annual report etc by the key competitors and disseminate the key findings to the team.
- Analyze & consolidate daily analyst reports to provide key highlights to the team.
- Extract relevant information from systems such as MicroStrategy/dashboards/BPC & update the team.
- Perform quarterly competition reporting requirements in BPC to the group.
- Perform ad-hoc query related to any corporate communications, financial scenarios & sensitivities on need basis.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Have you ever worked on market research from a financial point of view?
- Have you worked with large amounts of data and applied a business intelligence tool (front or back end)?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 3- 4 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area.
- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen.
- Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and navigate through ambiguity.
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
