Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Improvement of work methods and ergonomics.
- Preparation of process documentation (IT, AV, FMEA, flowcharts).
- Time and motion recording.
- Production line support, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Support in organizing work teams.

Experiência y requisitos
- Completed engineering or a bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of experience as a process engineer.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in line balancing.
- Process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Improvement in work methods and ergonomics.
- Preparation of process documentation (IT, AV, AMEG, flowcharts, etc.).
- Production line support, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
