Team Overview:
We are looking for an intern for the Business Analytics team to support the Didi International Credit business. In this team, you will be working with people from multiple functions, including data science, data engineering, acquisition marketing, customer management, product, credit policy, financial operation, funding, etc. You will have a good opportunity of sharpening your data analytical skills in a real business setting while contributing your own value to the team and business

Role Responsibilities:
In this role you will be
- working with data engineering team for building robust data infrastructure for Didi International Credit Business
- working with business analysts to design and build dashboard for tracking business performance
- working with data scientists to build models for optimizing business strategies
- working with business analysts on data analysis projects for business promblem solving, AB tests and issue deepdiving, etc

Role Qualifications:

- undergraduate student or graduate student, major in maths, statistics, computer science, finance preferred
- have solid experience with data analytics tools; be proficient on SQL and MS Excel and have basic understanding toward data visualization
- have solid experience of statistical modeling; be proficienct on R or Python and have good understanding of the modeling theories
- have good communication skills and critical thinking. Be result
