Overview:
**DEADLINE NOVEMBER 10TH AT 18:00 PM**

STATEMENT:
The position is responsible for leading a team to provide business intelligence solutions in the field of Ethics and Compliance and to conduct analyses on the actions and business behavior of Independent Distributors in relation to the Herbalife Distributor Rules of Conduct, Business Marketing Plan, the terms and conditions of the Herbalife Distributorship Application and Agreement and regulatory requirements. The person will also lead the team to support the Department with analyses and information for the enforcement and correction of violations, in order to promote an ethical and fair environment in which Herbalife products may be distributed, Independent Distributor businesses may thrive and to protect Herbalife’s intellectual property rights, thereby protecting Herbalife’s Independent Distributors, the Customers and the brand and image of the company.

Job Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with database reporting suites, such as Microstrategy, OBIEE, Power BI, Tableau and others.
- Ability to turn data into actionable information and strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel a must.
- Strong clerical skills and the ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer and results orientation.
- Strong fact-finding skills, excellent follow-through skills.
- Ability to accurately, clearly and completely relate details.
- With strong negotiation skills.
- Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately and precisely summarize and present key information.
- Ability to solve practical problems and organize workload for effective implementation under general supervision.
- High degree of flexibility in order to function under varied time-lines and adapt as the external environment and organization evolve.
- The ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment.
- Is a team player and team leader and able to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.

- Ability to interact with related / involved areas to ensure case files are solved in an efficient, professional and timely manner, and better support Distributor experience while managing a case file process.
- Takes personal responsibility on MPC results, daily activities and projects, and recommends new methods or processes. Approaches work with conviction and positive attitude.

Languages:

- Native in Spanish.
- Advance in English.

**Experience**:

- Experience in a service-oriented industry
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics

**Education**:

- College/University Degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in multi-level marketing.
- Experience working in compliance analysis or investigation-based fields.
- Marketing Plan, Rules of Conduct experience.
- Experience as MPC Analyst.
