**Responsibilities**: - Knowing risk and control frameworks - Expertise in control testing - Oversees and ensures Issue Management Quality Standards compliance for issues documented - Act as a point of contact for process owners to evaluated and advice control assurance - Leads a team to achieve control goals - Oversees Policy and Regulatory Compliance by Process owners. - Contributes to the complete and accurate register of information into Citi Risk & Controls System related to MCA - Self Assessment - Contributes to the implementation of centralize MCA Testing Monitoring program. Qualifications: - 10+ years of prior experience in regulatory compliance related work - Internal Audit, Risk management, Internal Procedures and Controls required - Experience in a direct managerial role in Control environment management - Demonstrated success delivering in a high-volume, goal-based production/operations-based environment - Preferred additional risk management experience in financial sector - English language is required to negotiate with Snr Management and key stakeholders **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree Risk Management skills Advanced in English 9-12 years of experience required in Risk & Control IT Auditoring skills Life Cycle Issue Management (COSO, COCO) - **Job Family Group**: Compliance and Control - **Job Family**: Business Control - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
