**Description**:

As a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) **working on-site in **Mexico City**, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

In this role, you will work to assist customers with updating, modifying, or creating new car rental reservations. You will also resolve customer requests or issues via phone.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using excellent verbal communication
- Get in contact with different people and departments to ensure correct follow-up
- Take inbound phone calls and follow up on outbound cases according to operational needs

**What You Bring to the Role**
- High school diploma
- At least one (1) year of technical support, troubleshooting or customer service experience.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to actively listen
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills

**What You Can Expect**
- Starting pay rate of $95 MXN per hour
- Loyalty Bonus (as of the second year worked)
