Support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality and on time delivery of products.
**This position reports to**:
Manitenance Specialist
**Your responsibilities**:
- Participates in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products.
- Shares cycle time data with internal teams.
- Prepares technical documentation regarding the process phases and the related methods and cycle times.
- Supports production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.
- Suppliers Ensures that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements.
- Participates in the definition of action plans, training of relevant maintenance and production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related.
- 2 years of experience in related areas.
- Availability of Schedule / Rotate shifts.
- Attitude of Service, Commitment, and fulfillment of tasks.
- English Advanced Level.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
