Como Analista de Servicio a Clientes, serás responsable de asegurar un servicio altamente satisfactorio para nuestros clientes, garantizando que sus pedidos se surtan en tiempo, forma y bajo las condiciones previamente pactadas. Además, contribuirás al mantenimiento y operación eficiente del ciclo de venta y OTB, asegurando el registro correcto de documentos en SAP y facilitando la comunicación con las áreas de recibo de nuestros clientes.

**Lo que harás**
- Coordinar y ejecutar el ciclo de Backorder Processing (BOP) en los CEDIS/plantas asignados.
- Dar seguimiento al procesamiento de pedidos para asegurar su cumplimiento en las fechas solicitadas por clientes o ventas.
- Registrar correctamente las citas de entrega en SAP y en los portales de clientes.
- Atender incidencias relacionadas con transporte, devoluciones y estadías.
- Controlar y registrar cancelaciones y rechazos.
- Monitorear níveles de inventario y coordinar con Cadena de Suministro para garantizar el reabasto oportuno.Generar y mantener reportes de desempeño del área de Servicio a Clientes.

**¿Quién eres?**
- Profesional con experiência en atención al cliente, logística o áreas afines.
- Conocimiento en SAP y Office.
- Manejo de portales (INDISPENSABLE)Proactivo(a), orientado(a) a resultados y con enfoque en la mejora continua.
