The Production Planning Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes. Coordinate with various departments to align production plans with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials and components. Assist in managing inventory turnover and minimizing excess stock.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics. Highlight key findings and areas for action to management.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve production-related issues as they arise, working to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or a related field, with a proven ability to manage production schedules.
- English Intermediate English.
- Education: Metallurgic engineering, Materials engineering, AFIN.
- Excel Intermediate
- Knowledge in MRP´s.

Knowledge: Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics and all related focus areas.

**Skills**:

- Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
