Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative **Lead Business Analyst (Salesforce)**to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to gather and document comprehensive business requirements
- Transform business needs into functional and technical specifications, including workflows and process documentation
- Review and analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend Salesforce-driven enhancements
- Develop thorough documentation of business workflows and processes within Salesforce
- Assist in the design and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality and reliability
- Verify that solutions align with business objectives while safeguarding data accuracy
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear expectations
- Host workshops to collect input from stakeholders and refine Salesforce solutions
- Deliver presentations showcasing Salesforce capabilities and proposed solutions to stakeholders
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption of Salesforce functionalities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- At least one year of experience managing and leading development teams
- Strong expertise in utilizing the Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities
- Knowledge of Salesforce Consulting principles and practices
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher

**Nice to have**
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ
- Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration techniques
