**About the team**:
The Compliance team (including you) is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining awareness, monitoring, and promoting Compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout Merama and its portfolio companies. The Regulatory Affairs department works on interpreting regulations and providing advice based on a scientifically derived risk-based assessment.
Partnering with Product Development, Supply Chain, and International Expansion teams on pre-market assessments, connecting with International Logistics teams on packaging and labeling, and working with Sales and Marketing teams on marketplace requirements and marketing claims, the RA team must use analytical skills and influence to advise on legal requirements and to shape the regulatory environment.
We are a lean and agile team focused on solving challenges for the Company and helping the Companies have an adequate compliance framework.
**About the role**:
Your mission is to give support to regulatory compliance with the current portfolio of products as well as the regulatory validation of certifications, permits, packaging, labeling, and other applicable requirements to ensure the projects are achieved..
**Main responsibilities**:
- Researching regulatory, certification, and product compliance related to our various product categories, including consumer electronics, têxtiles, superfoods and supplements, baby products, home utilities and appliances, wellness, and sports equipment.
- Filling out the documentation for certifications.
- Analysis of requirements from other departments for Regulatory Affairs.
- Generating policy and SOP documentation for the Regulatory Affairs department.
- Support in creating presentations and reports for the area.

- Be available to carry out the practices for 12 months or 24 months minimum
- Availability to carry out internships in the chosen vacancy
- Advanced English an Spanish level.
- English is NOT a mandatory prerequisite for all vacancies and you will be directed to opportunities based on your language level.
**Requirements**:
- Stodudent of Engineering, Administration or similar
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Skills: Strong communication, having organizational and administrative competencies and attention to detail.
**Desirable qualifications**:
- Have experience using Google Workspace and ClickUp (collaboration software).
