**British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for Direction Assistant in Monterrey.**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting the director with projects and initiatives by completing assigned tasks.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and employees.
- Assisting the director to establish and enforce budgets, timelines, and metrics.
- Organizing and filling documents, taking notes, and delivering messages to the director.
- Scheduling, organizing, and participating in company events.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience as Direction Assistant preferably in an FMCG.
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
- Office Package.
- Time management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
