**Job Porpouse**:
**What will you do?**
- Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities.

- Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business
- Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
- Support day to day business requirements according to Global SLA.
- Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available.
- Partner with internal Information Technology Organizations such as Global Development, Risk Management and the Global Shared Service Organization and other cross-functional business units as necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers and external resources to deliver business requirements
- Lead and coordinate implementation of medium and large size projects across the division.
- Participate and contribute in special projects or initiatives such as institutional programs, committees and others.
- Collaborate with other GIT and external partners to deliver business requirements.
- Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs.

**Required Qualifications**
- A proven track record of performance with at least 2 years (desirable) on IT role developing, configuring and implementing Plant maintenance SAP solutions
- Supporting and implementing Plant Maintenance systems / Shop Floor systems
- Interest to develop in functional SAP Supply Chain & Manufacturing solutions
- Interested in learning new technologies ( RPA, Machine learning, etc.)
- Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications (English and Spanish).
- Strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals and cultures.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish - Desireable).
- SAP Plant Maintenance process basic knowledge
- Desirable SAP ABAP / MII / ALE / API programing and configuration knowledge
- Desirable SAP knowledge on Supply Chain Modules: MM, PP, QM
- Desirable Shop Floor system knowledge
- Desirable Server administration/Networking knowledge
- Desirable leading IT projects or Project Manager
- Desirable Knowledge of Implementation Methodologies like Agile, ASAP, Scrum, etc.
