**Communication Coordinator**

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support in the development of strategy for content on social media channels (CH).
- Create content for social media.
- Coordinate brand posts with the marketing department.
- Coordinate with the digital agency to take photos and videos for the publication of CH content on Bayer Mexico's social media.
- Provide support and contribute to the strengthening of identification and relationship with the media.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events (internal and external) for example, Town Halls, press conferences, seminars, kits, social media live content.
- Support in the investigation and monitoring of the production of internal and external content.
- Support the development of the Communication results report.
- Support in monitoring the alignment of special activities (World Days, launches, etc).

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Communication and Public Relations.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Excellent writing skills in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of media and influencers.
- Knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in communication platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).
- Organized Willingness to learn and collaborate.
- Integrity Seeking self-development.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
