This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the Commercial Sustainability team with responding to customer sustainability requests and preparing analysis and materials for customer sustainability meetings. This role also will help identify and develop key areas of training needed for the PepsiCo Beverages sales team based on the incoming questions from customers. Additionally, the role will provide support to our customer marketing initiatives as required._**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**:- Functional Responsibilities_- _Support Commercial Sustainability function with incoming customer sustainability requests for information_- _Using sample of customer requests, leverage publicly available resources to create ‘master’ database of sustainability Q&A- _Along with Director of Sustainability Sales Strategy, determine opportunity for creating ‘self service’, web-enabled tools to allow customer managers to respond to requests independently- _Support Director of Sustainability Sales Strategy in preparation for customer and potential new business meetings, including:- _Side by side analysis of customer’s sustainability agenda and PEP+ agenda- _Create customer presentation materials leveraging ‘master’ approved PEP+ slides and customize based on customer’s sustainability agenda- _Identify and develop key areas of PEP sales team training needed, based on analysis of incoming questions from customers- _Provide marketing and communications support to Director of Sustainability Sales Strategy and customer marketing support teams_- _Support in development and maintenance of web-based sustainability portals, both internal (providing repository of key information and support to sales/marketing) and external (customer-facing)_- _Provide project management support to Director of Sustainability Sales Strategy for key events / initiatives_- _Present insights and recommendations to Commercial Sustainabilty leaders on a established time period and in a clear, concise manner_- _Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with headquarter partners_- _Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed time periods established- _Work across multiple functions to determine scalable methods to respond to a growing number of sustainability requests from customers.- _Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work_- _Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology_- _Create an inclusive and collaborative environment_**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Qualifications / Requirements**:- **Education**:- _Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration/marketing or Finance_- **Professional Experience**:- _+3 years of experience of marketing / communications or sales strategy_- _+3 years in a customer/client facing role- **Skills**:- _Requires a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail_- _Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan- _Ability to provide superior customer service_- _Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems- _Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel and Power Point_- _Excellent written and spoken English- _Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise, and professional manner_- _Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands, as well as a keen interest in sustainability topics (e.g. climate change, regenerative agriculture)- _Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences_- **Languages**:- _Required advanced English both written and spoken_If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo**Relocatio
