Súmate a Ambit, como **QA Lead**
Somos una empresa de **giro SaaS**, que se dedica a la generación de un ecosistema de tecnología para la **industria restaurantera y de retail.**

**Estamos en búsqueda de una persona altamente estructurada, organizada y orientada al detalle para liderar al equipo de QA.**

**Lo que buscamos**:

- Min. 2 años de experiência liderando equipos y procesos de QA.
- Experiência trabajando en entornos ágiles (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experiência liderando procesos de automatización y mejora del proceso de testing.
- Deseable formación como Ing. en Sistemas, Ing. en Software o afín.

**Stack**:

- Amplia experiência usando git con controladores de versiones.
- Dominio de herramientas de testing y gestión de bugs.
- Conocimiento de pruebas APIs con Postman o similares.
- Conocimiento avanzado en SQL.
- Conocimiento para realizar consultas de bases de datos NoSQL para validaciones.
- Capacidad para definir e interpretar métricas de calidad (coverage, defect density, etc.).
- Experiência con sistemas de administración de trabajo ágil (Jira, Monday, Trello, etc).

**Acitividades clave**:

- Liderar el equipo de QA en la planificación, diseño y ejecución de pruebas manuales y automatizadas.
- Definir y mantener la estrategia de pruebas, incluyendo cobertura, criterios de aceptación, automatización y regresión.
- Establecer y promover buenas prácticas de QA dentro del equipo y en colaboración con otras áreas.
- Coordinar las actividades de testing en múltiples proyectos simultáneos.
