**This position reports to**:
P2P Capability Lead - VIP & P2P Expert S

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to your assigned organization. Each day, you will compile and analyze various relevant metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance & Accounting Operations in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: - Process urgent manual vendor payments - Process critical payments related to payroll, taxes. - Handling of complex queries (Level 3: Local external & tax audit) - Act as a bridge of communication with global hub in Bangalore and local stakeholders (México, US, Canada).

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelors in Degree in accounting, finance or related.
- New Graduate - 2 years experience in Finance or accounting activities (Payments or treasury)
- Excel Proficiency
- Mid Advanced English
- Negotiation skills.
- French or Portuguese fluency is a plus (desirable).
