We are an important logistics company that specializes in providing 4PL services to our clients, one of which is a distinguished leader in the technology field.

We are looking for:
Operations Analyst

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree on international business or Industrial Engineering or equivalent desired.
- Advanced English required.

Activities:

- Monitor network to assure all the shipments are delivered according to contractual transit time without issues or incident.
- Anticipate deviations or exceptions in the process to take the appropriated actions are taken on time to return to established process.
- Analyze and provide the best logistic solution based on the customer needs and cost efficiency.
- Carrier management to assure contract conditions are archived.
- Monitor carrier performance, identify deviations, require and follow up actions plants as needed.
- Manage any special request from customer.
- Follow up logistic environment to identify potential risks.
- Monitor critical shipments until arrival to destination as per RACI.
