**Mac OS Support Engineer**

**Location**: Hybrid - Guadalajara (GDL) / Querétaro (QRO)
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide hands-on technical support for macOS and iOS devices, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Manage device configurations, policies, and security using **MDM tools (Intune or similar)**.
- Support users with **Office 365 suite**, VPN, network connectivity, and collaboration tools.
- Respond to and resolve IT service tickets according to SLAs, ensuring excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to enforce compliance and standardization across Apple environments.
- Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and known issues.
- Participate in process improvement and ITIL-based service delivery initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**
- **5+ years** of professional experience in IT support, specifically supporting macOS and iOS environments.
- Strong knowledge of **Apple device administration**, **MDM solutions (preferably Intune)**, and **Office 365**.
- Experience with **ticketing systems** (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Familiarity with **ITIL framework** and enterprise support best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

**Nice to Have**
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar certification.
- Experience supporting multi-OS environments (Windows, Linux).
- Scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
