WHAT DO I NEED?

- Manufacturing, Quality, EHSS or Maintenance knowledge

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In this role, you will be part of our success by:

- KPI Fulfillment through KWS structure.
- Production Plan execution through action plans that assure the SKU´s delivery on time.
- People management with the objective of having committed teams taking care of labor relations.
- Make sure that DDS1 meeting take place every day, 15 minutes before the shift start up.
- Coach team leaders in DDS2 Meetings regarding the KPI´s fulfillment.
- Lead DDS3 Meetings to assure the execution of actions plans to fulfill KPI´s
- Coordinate RCA analysis to solve situational problems along with the team leader and maintenance resources.
- Responsible of people administration through Kronos system to assure absences, over time or any other special incidence is properly captured.
- Participates in the analysis and special projects execution to improve the plant KPI´s.
- Responsible of safety seven for Gemba walks, verify in direct reports compliance in all policies, programs and participation in all activities oriented to the prevention of injuries, illness and environmental sustainability, modeling safe behaviors, aligned with K-values, accountability and the believe that all injuries can be avoided.
- Responsible of GEMBA walks and GMP Audit execution. In case of the identification of any food safety deviation, it has the responsibility of the report and follow up the corrective action. In case of any product direct risk, Supervisor has the responsibility of shutting down the process and assure the correction.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:

- Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Food, Logistics or similar.
