Production Supervisor

Grow with us and our team in Linares. You will be responsible for the management of the plant resources to assure conform products that delight our consumers and fulfill quality, food safety, safety standards. With a competitive cost and delivering all SKU´s on time and the quantities required.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Production Plan execution
- **Through action plans that assure the SKU´s delivery on time.
- ** People Management - **with the objective of having committed teams taking care of labor relations. Responsible of people administration through Kronos system to assure absences, over time or any other special incidence is properly captured.
- ** Special projects - **Participate in special projects to improve Plant´s performance and indicators.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelors degree
- Fluent English
- Experience working with operational staff
- Problem solving and team building
- Availability to work on rotative shifts or weekends
