Final Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsible to the General Supervisor of Final Assembly Manufacturing for managing material, human, technical, systematic, and administrative resources to meet production schedules.**My Role**:- Meet the production target.- Meet labor efficiency targets in the area.- Improve quality.- Comply with OSAS Quality Systems.- Maintain a CLEAN, SAFE, and ORGANIZED work environment.- Monitor the quality system.- Promote Safety and Environmental practices.- Comply with EOS, BSI, and ISO 14000 procedures.- Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.- Meet SCRAP reduction targets.- Develop ECIP cost reduction projects.**My Background**:- Industrial Engineer or related degree- Language: Intermediate-advanced English (reading and writing)- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office- Personnel management- Knowledge of manufacturing processes- Leadership- Proactive- Results-oriented**WHY JOIN US?**- **You can grow at Aptiv.**Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact**.
